Delivery in Latvia:

     - Free collection of goods at our warehouse: Riga, Brīvības street 214B (weekdays 9:00–17:00, closed on Saturdays and Sundays)

     - purchase to OMNIVA parcel machine (1–3 working days) – 4.99 EUR

     - delivery via OMNIVA courier to the specified address (1–3 working days) – 7.49 EUR

     - delivery via DPD parcel machine (1–3 working days) – 4.99 EUR

     - delivery via DPD courier to the specified address (1–3 working days) – 6.99 EUR

     - Delivery to a Latvian Post parcel machine (1–3 business days) – 4.89 EUR

     - Latvian Post courier to the specified address (1–3 business days) – 4.49 EUR

     - For orders worth more than 60 EUR, delivery is free of charge.


Return and exchange of goods:

Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia and Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 "Distance Exchange Regulations" Contracts".

Conditions for returning goods:

     - The buyer has the right to refuse the purchase and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, informing the seller about this in writing by e-mail: info@korifejus.lv

     - The message must indicate: the name of the returned goods, order number and reason for return.

     - If the purchased goods are of poor quality, they will be replaced with an identical quality product. The seller must be informed within 7 days from receipt of the item.

     - If the item cannot be replaced, the buyer will be refunded in full the item's value, excluding delivery costs.

     - The money will be returned only to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Important! The item is accepted for return if:

     - It is in the original, undamaged packaging;

     - It has not been used and has not been damaged by the buyer;

     - It has maintained the visual appearance of the item (undamaged labels, protective films, etc. - not valid if the item is returned as poor quality);

     - A proof of purchase (invoice or payment confirmation) is attached.

Additional conditions:

     - If the buyer returns an incorrect or damaged item, the seller covers all shipping costs and makes a replacement.

     - When returning a quality item or canceling an order that has already been paid for but not yet accepted, delivery costs are not refunded.

     - If the buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address and the item is returned to the seller, delivery costs are not refunded. Only the item is refunded value.

     - The seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the procedure specified in this section is not followed.
